What if I need someone else to pick up my order?

That's no issue! Simply forward the confirmation slip and give them your details.

I have allergies or dietary concerns, what are in your products?

Our products contain gluten, dairy, seeds and may come in contact with tree nuts and peanuts. As the bakery also produces other products, no menu item can be completely free of allergens. Full ingredients is found where you order.

I'm trying to call but i cant get through. What should I do?

We try our best to answer all calls but if you email maddi@rusticasourdough.com.au we can get back to you within 48hrs. Alternatively pop in your local and we can chat! We can’t facilitate date or time changes on orders- all orders are final.

I want to change my order location or time. How can I do this?

All orders are final as the team have to start baking. We can’t facilitate location, date or time changes on orders.

What if I miss my pick up slot?

If you miss your pick up time but still make it in that day before we close, your order will be waiting for you. Unfortunately our products are best fresh so we cannot retain stock over night.
