Ingredients

Tomato Sugo - Napoli [Canned tomatoes, Onion brown, Fresh basil, Garlic], Ricotta (Milk), Pasta Dough [Flour (Wheat), Eggs, Semolina flour (Wheat), Egg Yolk, Olive oil, Salt], asparagus, Eggs, Garlic, Lemon zest, Parmesan (Milk), Pepper

CONTAINS: Gluten, Wheat, Egg, Milk.

Preparation and storage notes

You will need one large pot and one small saucepan.
1. Fill large pot with water and a generous handful of salt. Bring to a vigorous boil over high heat.
2.While the water is coming to a boil, place contents of cryovac bag into the smaller saucepan and set over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer and turn off once heated.
3. Put frozen ravioli into the rolling boiled water. Cook for 4 minutes until ' al dente'.
4. Drain ravioli and serve tossed with heated sugo.
