Beef Bourguignon

A French classic, Beef Bourguignon is arguably the most well known of the red wine based beef casseroles. Like they say on TV, if you wouldn't drink it, don't cook with it - so we use good quality red wine as part of the cooking process. There's lots of hearty flavours - mushroom, bacon and plenty of herbs... Comes with our creamy mash, Available as small (serves 2) or large (serves 4).

beef stock, Button mushroom, Beef Rump, Red wine, eschalots, Onion brown, Bacon, Carrot, Celery, Tomato paste, Sunflower oil, Thyme, Parsley, Bay leaf

Preparation and storage notes

Heat your beef in the unopened cryovac bag via a large pot of hot water for approx 20mins or empty into a container heat in microwave
