This menu is for orders closing on Wednesday 17th and pick up Friday 19th only this week. Delivery back next week for Australia Day. We hope you all had a wonderful Jan, some might still be on holidays, some getting back to normal work life and preparing for back to school. This is comfort food, Greek style. Full of delicious fresh and dried herbs and spices which complement the locally sourced lamb, Moussaka is to Greece as the Lasagne is to Italy. What we love about this dish is that you also get a great mix of vegetables - this dish celebrates the humble eggplant in a way few other dishes do. Best enjoyed and with a glass of your favourite wine, this is slow food...without the hard work! Serves 6-8.
Classic Creamy Chicken. A rich dish yet simple enough to feed the whole family with. We use chicken breast, fresh spinach, and flavoursome sun-dried tomatoes in our cream based sauce.
