Spiced Mushroom Moussaka with Halloumi Bechamel
Greek comfort food with a Pinchos twist of Spiced Mushrooms, Grilled Eggplant and the mouth-watering addition of Halloumi. Or to put simply Vegetarian Heaven!
Ingredients
Milk, Eggplant, Canned tomatoes, Vegetable stock, Swiss mushroom, Halloumi, Onion brown, Butter, Tomato paste, Olive oil, gluten free plain flour, Fresh Oregano, Carrot, Celery, Garlic, Porcini mushroom, Dried Oregano, Coriander seed, Smoked paprika, All spice, Chilli powder, Nutmeg, Salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
1.Pre heat oven to 180C 2. Place foil container in oven for 40 mins covered until hot 3. Uncover & heat for a further 5 mins until bubbling on the top 4. Serve with a green salad & some good Italian red wine!
