Garlic Sage Stuffing, Apple Calvados Jus and Stanley Apple Chutney. Serves 2-4 or 6-8 people.

This is comfort food, Greek style. Full of delicious fresh and dried herbs and spices which complement the locally sourced lamb, Moussaka is to Greece as the Lasagne is to Italy. What we love about this dish is that you also get a great mix of vegetables - this dish celebrates the humble eggplant in a way few other dishes do. Best enjoyed and with a glass of your favourite wine, this is slow food...without the hard work! Serves 2-4 or 6-8.

Regular baked spuds are good. Hasselback potatoes are awesome! Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, basted with garlic rosemary olive oil. This is roast potato perfection! Comes with Charlie's compound butter. Goes well with Pinchos Aioli and Chilli Jam also.
