This porchetta comes to you UNCOOKED with its own step-by-step instruction card, so you can roast it to golden perfection at home - crisp crackling and all. Minimal effort, maximum flavour. For the ultimate finish, pair it with our house-made salsa verde - bright, zesty and absolutely packed with fresh herbs, anchovy, capers and lemon. It cuts through the richness perfectly and elevates every bite. Available in 1, 2 or 3kg portion sizes, this certified free range porchetta will be the hero on your Xmas table. Preparation and storage notes

PORCHETTA COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Leave uncovered in the fridge overnight.

Dry the porchetta then rub oil into the perfectly scored skin.

Place in a hot oven (240-250 degrees) and wait for the skin to dance (approx 20 mins).

Turn the heat down to 180 degrees & cook until done (internal temperature should be 65 degrees. Insert a meat thermometer into the eye of the porchetta to check).

Allow approx. 1/2 hour per kg to cook (excluding 20 mins at higher temp).
