Jajangmyeon is a Korean noodle dish with Black Bean Sauce. This dish was created due to popular demand by our beloved customers. We've taken the traditional recipe and made it plant-based to make it healthier and more delicious. Our plant-based Jajangmyeon uses black bean sauce “Chunjang” from Korea to keep the traditional taste. Seasoning it with some sweet and spicy from yummy chilli paste gives this Korean noodle dish a perfect balance. The sauce is stir-fry with udon noodle which nicely gave off thick and chewy texture. The dish comes with tofu, zucchini, shiitake mushroom and cabbage and we make it even more fragrant with garlic onion and ginger. Garlic, Udon noodles, Chinese cabbage, Tofu, Water, Onion, Black bean paste, Zucchini, Shitake mushrooms, Black sweet soy sauce, Chilli paste, Ginger, Rice bran oil.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave Peel back the seal at one corner to let steam escape. Microwave on HIGH (1000W) for 6 minutes (from frozen) or until heated through. Allow standing for 1 min before peeling off the film and stirring the food.
