Cooking Instruction 烹饪说明 Microwave微波炉 1. Open the lid of the container. Place it in the microwave. 2. Heat in microwave on HIGH (1000W) for 5 mins. Remove and stir. 3. Heat on HIGH for a further 1 min until heat through.
