Preparation and storage notes

Defrost in fridge overnight if frozen. Remove sauce tub. Heat meal in microwave 3–4 min (300g) or 4–5 min (350g) until piping hot, resting 1 min. Warm jus separately 30–40 sec and pour over steak & potato bake.
