Sticky, flakey, beautiful Salmon fillet, or juicy free-range chicken thigh in a sweet caramelised Vietnamese marinade, BBQ'd to give it a lovely grill char. Served on a bed of Vietnamese rice, with a side of Vietnamese coleslaw. Yum! I just love the bright fresh ingredients in this meal - it is a regular in our house and always feels good to get so many lovely fresh vegetables and herbs in a meal!
