Peaches, Plums, Unsalted butter, Castor sugar, Cinnamon, Vanilla essence, Star anise, Egg, Puff pastry.

Preparation and storage notes

Pre- heat oven to 180c. remove lid from foil and place into oven for 35 -45 minutes or until very golden on top of pastry. let sit on bench for 5-10 minutes before turning out onto serving plate.
