Ingredients
Lemon juice, Salmon, Natural yoghurt, Tahini, Walnuts, Pomegranate, Cucumber, Red onion, Mint, Extra virgin olive oil, Parsley, Coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove Salmon from vac bag and place on serving platter skin side down, leave for 45 minutes at room temperature. Spread tahini yoghurt over salmon. spoon salad over, then pomegranates & lemon juice.
