The cauliflower still suffers from a chronic case of neglect. In fact it can be put together a number of ways; its unique crunch and earthy taste can be maintained, or it can be paired with ingredients that totally transform it to a sweet, creamy texture. Here it is the heroine, oozing with personality! Served with a side of Rice.

This melt-in-your-mouth moment is our eggplant over rice cooked with spices, tomato and pomegranate molasses. Served with a side of salata.

The preparation of this dish is a lengthy process, one which lends itself beautifully to discovering the lives of those we cook it with. If you have ever dined in with us at the MSB you may have tried a small portion of the cauliflower tahini on your dips plate. We thought it was about time this deserved to be a star on it's own. It's the right balance of tang, acidity and garlic all in one.
