There's nothing better than a crusty baguette slathered with smooth cultured butter. You'll get one whole baguette and two 15g portions of Pepe Saya butter.

Our semi-sourdough tin loaf, a later bake so will be ready from 8am each day. Please indicate if you would like this loaf sliced - we are unable to slice before 8.30am, as we need to cool the loaf.

A traditional German Christmas fruit bread, packed full of dried fruit soaked in brandy, studded with delicious marzipan, brushed with butter and dusted with sugar. Ours is made with 100% freshly stone-milled WA Wheat flour giving it a uniquely nutty flavour.

Rich and Indulgent traditional Christmas fruit cake. Full of brandy-soaked dried fruit, warm spices and local honey and nuts, housemade marmalade, and dark chocolate. The boozy fruit has been soaking since June and once baked the cakes have been fed every other day with brandy. This is a medium 15cm square cake.
