Let us take the hassle out of Christmas for you! ALL ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 14 DEC, 3:00PM. PICK UP BETWEEN 9AM-12PM CHRISTMAS EVE. ALL SALADS SERVE 4 TO 5 PEOPLE. MEAT AND FISH OPTIONS AVAILABLE.
Mains
1.8- 2.0kg whole chicken, brined, stuffed with sourdough, barberries, almonds and sage and roasted for you to gently warm and carve on xmas day! Jus gras served on the side
Clove studded free-range ham, glazed in maple, orange and star anise. Served with our homemade piccalilli on the side
Crispy skin pork belly, cooked to perfection for you to simply warm, served with quince aioli, and salsa verde on the side (serves 6-8)
Marinated in rosemary, garlic and thyme and slow cooked for 8 hours on the bone, served with a rich Masala jus. This Lamb has a melt in the mouth texture, and is extremely simple to prepare! (serves 4)
Whole char-grilled Salmon fillet, tomato chili jam, coconut and peanut crunch, Vietnamese mint

Indulge in the rich and creamy goodness of our cauliflower gratin. The cauliflower is roasted covered in a luscious cheddar, mustard and leek bechamel, creating the ultimate comfort side dish. Our butternut is roasted then tossed through garlic and thyme oil when it arrives out of the oven, we then roast corn and serve this with our chipotle dressing, this is all finished with crunchy Pepitas, Chimichurri and coriander. Feeds 4-5 as a side
We roast our carrots with fennel and coriander seed and honey, tossed through pearl Cous Cous that has been imbued with Ras el Hanout. Finished with heaps of fresh herbs, raisins, spring onion and spices, Feeds 4-5 as a side
