Ingredients
Freekeh, Red onion, Puy Lentils, Pumpkin seeds, Almonds, Pine nuts, Baby capers, Currants, Lemon juice, Olive oil, Sea salt, Pomegranate, Greek yoghurt, Cumin seeds, Honey.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost in the refrigerator, transfer to a serving bowl and bring to room temperature. Add fresh chopped herbs as desired, I use red onion, coriander and parsley. Serve with yogurt dressing on the side.
