This dish is a favourite from my very first menu and it is health in a bowl, loved equally by kids and adults, vegetarians, pescatarians and omnivores, add in Ayurvedic and I think it covers everyone. It’s simply delicious. Yellow split peas, brown rice, ginger, 7 healing spices, stock, broccoli, zucchini, spinach.
