Traditional Lasagne
This dish is a labour of loveā¦.meat sauce simmered for 6 hours, vegetables finely ground and sauteed, prosciutto browned and deglazed with wine, mozzarella and parmesan grated, Bechamel sauce, stirred, whisked and simmered, tomato sauce cooked with basil for hours and then all layered between sheets of fresh lasagne it is AMAZING!!

Tomato Sauce for Lasagne (Tinned plum tomatoes, Garlic, Salt, Basil Sprigs), Bechamel for Lasagne (Milk, Butter, Plain flour, Salt, Bay leaves), Chicken stock, Pork mince, Beef mince, Lasagna sheets, Onion, Brown onion, Milk, Carrots finely diced, Red wine, Celery finely diced, Bacon, Tomato paste, Olive oil, Fish sauce, Garlic, Dried oregano, Parmesan, Salt, Chilli flakes.
