Smokey, cooked to perfection - Sous vide for 12 hours in my special spice rub and hand made bbq sauce, then finished in the oven to give rich colour and texture, finally shredded and ready for you to use - so many options - Beef Brisket Sliders with Slaw, Alongside Roast Potatoes and Salad, Tossed through a green salad with chickpeas and cucumber and seeds or my favourite with tacos and Mexican Garnishes.
