The Fig Vino Cotto is perfect for a rocket salad to finish the Christmas Table Feast or drizzled on cheese.

Ingredients
Red wine vinegar, Crepe must, Figs.
Preparation and storage notes
Do not defrost. Preheat oven to 200C. A cooking tray is provided or transferred to a baking dish. Roast Pumpkin, basting with glaze every 10 minutes or so until tender and glaze forms a rich brown coating, 45-60 minutes.
