Preparation and storage notes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the ham, fat side up, in a tray and pour the maple glaze evenly over it. Bake, basting every 10-15 minutes with the glaze and juices. Once the ham is sticky, crispy, and golden, remove it from the oven and let it rest before carving. Enjoy!
