We live in such a fast paced world these days. It's a whirlwind of work, socialising, family time, and squeezing in exercise. But guess what? Luvarlee heard your SOS call for healthier, convenient meals as a solution to your mealtime dilemma. Say goodbye to unhealthy takeaways and nutrient-deprived microwaved meals. Luvarlee emerged from this frenzy, offering you a guilt-free, NUTRITIOUS alternative.

We have revolutionised meal prep to make your life easier. While we handle the heavy lifting by providing the protein and sauce, we encourage you to add your personal touch by preparing our recommended sides and adding those final touches. Our goal? To keep you out of the kitchen for hours. Our meals are pre-cooked, snap-frozen without preservatives, and conveniently sealed for 2-3 servings. Just defrost the vacuum-sealed bag, then let it simmer in boiling water for a mere 15 minutes. Voila! Your delicious, ready-to-serve meal is good to go.

Our Story

Luvarlee is a family business in every sense of the word.

Eliza and Mikey met on the slopes of Mount Hotham and haven't stopped adventuring since. After welcoming their son, they packed up and moved to Bali where they took on a Vietnamese restaurant in Canggu. With lines out the door every night and plans to franchise underway, life was good. Then COVID hit, shut everything down overnight and sent them home with a toddler, a baby on the way and nothing in their pockets.

Most people would have played it safe after that.

Instead they started a business.

Luvarlee was born in late 2020 with no loans, no investors and no backup plan. Just a borrowed kitchen, a market stall and two people who believed Australian families deserved better food without the stress. In those early years they spent every weekend selling meals at the Noosa and Kawana Farmers Markets, building genuine relationships with the community one conversation at a time.

What started as a small family operation has grown into a thriving, trusted brand at the heart of the Australian wholefood community. They built it from the ground up and they're proud of every bit of it.

Today Luvarlee is stocked in health food stores and retailers across Australia, loved by thousands of families who trust every single ingredient in every single bag.

In 2024 they co-founded Gutful, a kids nutritional blend made with high quality organic ingredients to support gut health, immune function and overall wellbeing. Same values as Luvarlee. No preservatives, no fillers, no shortcuts. Just real ingredients that actually do something.

Meet Mikey

Mikey Yeowart — Co-Founder, Head Chef and CEO

Mikey began his chef journey at fifteen, training at the River House on the Noosa River. He's since run kitchens, catered weddings, consulted for restaurants and cooked his way around the world. His food philosophy has always been simple: use real ingredients, cook with care and never compromise on quality. When he's not in the kitchen you'll find him surfing, fishing or being the world's most enthusiastic dad. Mikey is the heart of Luvarlee and the talent behind every single meal.

Meet Eliza

Eliza Wellington — Co-Founder, Head of Operations and Marketing

Eliza is the backbone of Luvarlee. From hand labelling meals in the garage in the early days to personally delivering orders across the Sunshine Coast with two kids in tow, she has shown up for this business in every way imaginable. Today she leads marketing, customer relationships and business operations, building the community and brand that keeps Luvarlee growing. She's also a mum of two, co-founder of Gutful and the reason everything runs as smoothly as it does.
