Chicken pie is a favourite with my kids just like it has always been a favourite of mine. This is a creamy version with mushroom, leek, vegetables and free-range braised chicken all topped with creamy kale mash.

Chicken thigh fillets, Kale, Parisian Mash potato [Potato, Butter (Milk), Cream (Milk), Salt, Pepper], Mushrooms, Chicken stock, Milk, Leek, Brown onion, Bacon, Butter (Milk), Plain flour (Wheat), Olive oil, Thyme, Dijon mustard, Black pepper, Parsley, Black sesame seed, White sesame seed

Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: keep frozen
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Defrost in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 190ºc. Place pie onto an oven proof tray and cook for 30-40 minutes until bubbling and hot. Rest for 10 minutes and serve.
