Weekly Fresh
What's better than freshly roasted authentic Peking duck roasted to perfection and laid on a soft pancake with crisp cucumber, shallot and Hoisin sauce. Honestly there is nothing better in my book. This is a super easy meal you can pop on the table, everyone has fun making their own pancake and devouring the plate. Each kit contains a deboned half peking duck, cucumber, shallot, Hoisin sauce and pancakes.
Whether you're craving a quick and delightful lunch or a scrumptious dinner, look no further than our Traditional Fried Rice with Char-Su Pork and sauteed prawn. It’s the perfect blend of flavours, complemented by crispy shallots and a hint of chilli.

Few foods evoke childhood nostalgia than the humble fish finger but here’s hoping we have all moved on from the processed version found in supermarkets. We use fresh barramundi, coated in flour, egg, breadcrumbs and a zest of lemon. All you need to do is defrost and gently pan-fry till golden and crunchy.

Before any judgment is passed on these little patties I applaud you to try them. Made with free range local chicken mince and ready to bake straight from frozen they are bite size, convenient and absolutely delicious. They also cook in 10 minutes and are a perfect size for little hands. If you're looking for a family meal, roll them into balls, roast and pop in lettuce cups with an Asian inspired salad or throw them in a broth with noodles and greens. Containing no chilli or extra seasoning, these little treats sing for themselves. If you want some spice just mix a little chopped chilli and soya sauce and dip away till your heart is content.

Often, a dozen eggs are too many and six too few. So we deliver ten chef-sized, small miracles with limitless cooking potential. Our contented hens are pastured on a family farm in the NSW Riverina. As a hen’s diet, environment and stress level affect the flavour of an egg, our hens roam free in the sunshine, which means they contain three to four times the amount of vitamin D when compared to their indoor lay-about counterparts. Their protein aids in slow digestion, meaning you’ll feel fuller for longer. They also have essential amino acids to help build and repair muscles, organs, body tissues, and other essential micronutrients: vitamins A, E, B12, folate and iron.
