Italian Minestrone Soup
A hearty Italian vegetable soup made with seasonal winter vegetables, tomato broth, pasta, braised beans and cavolo nero.

Ingredients
Vegetable stock, Tinned tomatoes, Frozen baby peas, White wine, Celery, Brunoise onion, Tomato paste, Cavolo nero, Risoni, Carrots, Olive oil, Parsley, Microplaned garlic, Table salt.
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep frozen COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Cut bag open and pour soup into a pot. Heat slowly while stirring or heat gently in a microwave. Serve with your choice of crusty bread.
