Made with care by our dedicated kitchen team, our Katering at Home menus change weekly and are full of nourishing, family-style meals that everyone will love. We always keep it fresh and delicious with a rotation of the classics and some seasonal favourites.
Weekly Fresh
Enjoy a delicious pack of beer battered market fresh fish, jalapeno mayonnaise, fresh minty cabbage and carrot coleslaw, smashed avocado, pickled fennel and soft tacos so you can make up your tacos just the way you like them.
Something magical happens when you slow braise beef with a collection of seemingly simple herbs and vegetables . Once you taste it you'll understand what all the fuss is about. Paired with a creamy potato mash you'll be feeling all the warm and fuzzies.
Free- range panko crumbed chicken breast with Berkshire ham, tomato sugo, mozzarella and basil served with roasted cherry tomatoes and a fresh garden salad.
Two juicy crumbed pork loin cutlets, pan-seared and ready to finish in the oven with a smooth and creamy cauliflower puree.
Risotto cooked low and slow the traditional way with a selection of herbs, braised leek, lemon, garlic, Chicken stock, peas broad beans and fresh herbs. Finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon some Parmigiano-Reggiano and olive oil. A delightful dinner the whole family will love.
Nothing beats it for an easy mid week dinner. It’s packed with lean mince, fresh veggies, carbs (for the kids) and gooey cheese. Everything arrives in the one pan and the oven works it’s magic for a mere 30-40 minutes to deliver caramelized, melty goodness. If you’re not feeding the troops it’s also a great one to package up into portions and freeze for the weeks ahead.
What's better than freshly roasted authentic Peking duck roasted to perfection and laid on a soft pancake with crisp cucumber, shallot and Hoisin sauce. Honestly there is nothing better in my book. This is a super easy meal you can pop on the table, everyone has fun making their own pancake and devouring the plate. Each kit contains a deboned half peking duck, cucumber, shallot, Hoisin sauce and pancakes.
Quinoa, lentils, pumpkin wedges, maple syrup, cracked wheat and chia seeds are tossed with parsley, cucumber, semi sun-dried tomatoes and served with a lemon olive oil and balsamic dressing. Finished with a sprinkle of crunchy seeds and lemony, tahini yoghurt dressing.

This curry is a much loved Katering classic coconut curry. It’s creamy and full of flavour; delicious served with a simple bowl of steamed rice.
Pastitsio is a favourite traditional Greek dinner recipe. It's a Greek version of lasagne - topped with a white and creamy bechamel sauce with a hint of cinnamon.
Shredded free-range chicken mixed with a tangy Mexican bean and chilli sauce then rolled inside flour tortillas and topped with mozzarella and sliced jalapenos. Serve with fresh coriander a squeeze of lime and some sour cream.
Straight from my great friend, the incredibly talented Lisa Goldberg (Monday Morning Cooking Club). A delicious combination of light ricotta and spinach dumplings known as "Gnudi" covered in a freshly simmered cherry tomato sauce topped with grated parmesan. This meal is lovely, light and truly delicious and lends itself to a pairing of fresh garden salad.

Before any judgment is passed on these little patties I applaud you to try them. Made with free range local chicken mince and ready to bake straight from frozen they are bite size, convenient and absolutely delicious. They also cook in 10 minutes and are a perfect size for little hands. If you're looking for a family meal, roll them into balls, roast and pop in lettuce cups with an Asian inspired salad or throw them in a broth with noodles and greens. Containing no chilli or extra seasoning, these little treats sing for themselves. If you want some spice just mix a little chopped chilli and soya sauce and dip away till your heart is content.
Salmon Patties – quick to prepare, golden and crispy on the outside, moist and savoury on the inside with lovely big flakes of salmon! A perfect meal for kids, just defrost and pan fry. Serve with freshly steamed vegetables or garden salad and tomato sauce of course! Tried and tested on our kids.
Hand-made arancini balls made with ham off the bone, aborio rice, parmesan cheese and herbs. We coat the balls in breadcrumbs, fry and snap freeze so they are ready to bake and serve within 15 min.
