Hilbillie Pork, Tare [Rice wine vinegar, Sake, Chicken stock, Light soy (Wheat), Mirin, Spring onion, Ginger fresh, Garlic, Brown sugar], Mushrooms, egg noodles (Wheat), Local Free Range Eggs, Chicken Bones, Mushrooms feild, Onion brown, Leek, Ginger, Spring onion, Shitake mushrooms, Rayu [Sesame oil, Ginger fresh, Spring onion, Dried chilli, Garlic], Garlic

Preparation and storage notes

Place broth in a medium pot bring to a simmer, meanwhile toss mushrooms in a fry pan to warm. Once broth is warm add noodles and egg cover with a lid heating for 2-3minutes. Pour broth and noodles into bowls top with mushrooms, boiled eggs, bean shoots.
