Simply click the 'Sign up/Login' button in the top right-hand corner of the page and enter your details. By signing up, you will automatically receive an email each week with our new menu.
Once you have signed up, to place an order either click on the ‘View menu’ button at the bottom of the menu email, or go directly to our kitchen page when our new menu opens.
Yes you can. To view available pick-up days and times, click on the pick-up window option. This will give you a selection of the pick-up options available. You will receive an email reminder on the day to let you know when your meal is ready for collection.
Yes, we deliver to a selection of suburbs for a fee, with free delivery available on orders over a certain amount. To check if we deliver to your suburb, type in your postcode/suburb in the delivery window. If you are outside our delivery zone, please contact us with your enquiry and we will let you know if it’s possible.
For pick-up there is no minimum order however, if you wish to receive your meals via delivery, then a minimum order amount applies.
Yes, we have a gift option if you wish to order for a family member, friend or colleague. Simply add the meal items to your cart and at checkout, add their delivery address and select the gift order option, and enter a message for the recipient.
Yes, you can. Click on the Vouchers tab and follow the instructions. When you purchase a voucher, it will be sent to the nominated email address as a PDF file.

Give us a call and we will try to accommodate you. This depends on how long after the menu closes we receive your call, our stock levels, and whether you are requesting pick-up or delivery
Yes, we are registered with Townsville City Council
If you cannot pick-up your meal at the time stated please contact us to request another time and we will do our best to accommodate.
Our ingredients are primarily sourced from local businesses, depending on seasonal availability.
