Lemon Roast Chicken with Onions and Artichokes

Roast chicken has to be one of my favourite meals. We roast boned chicken with onion, garlic, stock and wine and serve with marinated artichokes. Pan juices combined with lemon and parsley finish this dish perfectly.

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Can be frozen. Reheat in microwave or covered in preheated oven.
