Pesto pasta salad with roast pumpkin and feta
This salad is a delicious classic - a meal in itself or as a side and can be served either hot or cold. We use our house made pesto and toss through pasta with sweet roasted pumpkin and feta. A taste sensation. Please advise if require GF pasta.

Ingredients
Pasta, Pumpkin, Feta, Red Onion, Pesto (basil, parmesan, pinenuts, olive oil, salt, pepper), Fresh herbs, Olive Oil, Spinach, Pistachio.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated and use within 3-4 days. Can be served cold, room temperature or reheated.
