Broad beans, Red onion, Fennel, Greek yoghurt (Milk), Extra virgin olive oil, Lemon, Vegetable stock, Apple cider vinegar, Dill, Parsley, Himalayan salt

Preparation and storage notes

Serve warm or cold. To serve warm, transfer to a heat proof dish and reheat in the oven for approximately 20 mins at 150C until warm. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon.
