Chicken Maryland, Lemon zest, Black pepper, Duck fat, Apricot Thyme Glaze [Apricot jam, White wine, Honey, Lemon juice, Sea salt], Onion, White wine, Dried apricot, Garlic, Thyme, Sea salt, Brown sugar, Bay leaves

Preparation and storage notes

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Brush with glaze and heat 12–15 minutes until crisp and hot through.
