Preparation and storage notes

Your meal has been supplied in a container designed for heating in an oven or airfryer. For microwave heating, first place meal in refrigerator to defrost. Once defrosted, remove meal from the supplied packaging and place on a microwave safe plate or container. Heat on high for 4 mins or until hot.
