Order online here: cookaborough.com/fed-by-jed/menus. You will need to have a Cookaborough account to place your online order. This is a quick and easy setup. Start by selecting the 'Sign up/Login' button at the top the page and enter your details.
If you are an NDIS/HCP recipient, approval will need to be given by your provider to receive meals via funding. Alternatively, if Fed by Jed have received a referral directly from your provider, we will create an account for you and supply the required login details to place your first order.
We always have four weeks of menus open at a time – one of each colour. This allows you to plan ahead for the upcoming month. You can place an order on any or all of the upcoming open menus.
Orders close at 11.55pm Monday evening, one week prior to delivery. Each menu will open Wednesday morning at 8am four weeks prior to the close date.
Our menu ordering closes each Monday evening at 11.55pm one week prior to delivery. The same coloured menu will then open Wednesday morning at 8am and will remain open for approximately four weeks.
Our deliveries are made on Mondays and Tuesdays.
You are welcome to place orders of any size. However, please note that a minimum order value of $45 applies.
A flat-rate delivery fee of $6 applies throughout our network.
All Fed by Jed meals are cooked fresh with quality ingredients then frozen ready for delivery. To ensure a long life for delivered meals and the freshest flavour - they are delivered frozen ready-to-heat at your convenience.
The meals are delivered to your door in a refrigerated truck and supplied in freezer bags to ensure they remain frozen.
For any repeat customers we request that these bags are returned to Fed by Jed for our future use. A failure to return multiple bags will incur a fee. We thank you for your understanding.
All meals are delivered frozen and should be placed in your freezer as soon as possible. It is important not to allow the meals to thaw and then re-freeze them. Meals can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Our meals can be heated in the container they are supplied in. While the main meals look like they are supplied in an aluminium container, don't worry, they are supplied in a specialty material designed for microwave heating. That's right - you can heat your main meal in the supplied container in the microwave.
All meals come with recommended heating instructions on the label.
We are currently unable to accept specific delivery time requests. Deliveries start at 7 am on the scheduled delivery day and continue throughout the morning and early afternoon, if necessary.
You sure can! Please check the ingredients list available on each meal within the online menu. This lists all included ingredients and allergens in the meal.
While many of our meals do not contain nuts, and a selection do not contain gluten/wheat, we ask you to please be mindful that all meals are cooked in a kitchen that prepares meals containing these ingredients.
Each meal includes a detailed list of ingredients and highlights any potential allergens. You can view the complete list of ingredients and allergens for each menu item by clicking on its image. Additionally, all ingredients and allergens will be listed on the label when the meal is delivered. Please note that while specific allergens may not be highlighted in some meals, our kitchen is not entirely free from allergens.
The four-coloured menus offer a quick reference guide to our rotating menu schedule. The menus rotate in the order of green, red, blue and yellow. The cycle then begins again with green.
Yes, we have a shop front at our kitchen in Bannockburn. We are located at 2 / 9-11 Burns St, Bannockburn. We always have a selection of ready-made meals available for purchase. We can not guarantee specific meals will be in stock – if there is something you want, we recommend ordering online.
If you are an NDIS or HCP customer, any meals purchased in store will need to be fully paid for. Funding contributions can not be applied instore. We recommend ordering online if you wish to utilise your funding.

NDIS guidelines allow some participants to access meal preparation funding. While ingredient costs are ineligible, 70% of meal costs plus the delivery fee can be claimed back.
How It Works:
Plan Managed: Our cooks charge 30% upfront and handle the administration with your Plan Manager.
Self Managed: You receive an NDIS approved invoice to claim back 70% via your online portal.
This streamlined process ensures that you can easily access and benefit from our meal preparation services.

Certainly. You may visit the 'Vouchers' tab to select vouchers in denominations of $50, $100, $200, or customizable amounts. Upon purchase, you will receive the voucher via email.
