Smoked trout Arancini, Watercress & Cucumber Salad, Lemon Aioli

Our Arancini are based on the traditional Sicilian street food. Fluffy and full of mozzarella and smoked trout. They are deep fried and perfect as a light lunch or entree to a main meal with our watercress and cucumber salad. Lemon aioli finishes it off! Just oven bake to reheat.

White rice, Onion, Cucumber, Dry white wine, Pickling onions, Mozzarella (Milk), Mayonnaise (Egg), Smoked trout (Fish), Watercress, Parmesan cheese (Milk), Lemon, Salt, Garlic, Black pepper, Bayleaf

CONTAINS: Egg, Fish, Milk.

Preparation and storage notes

For best results - Bake Arancini @ 180C for 25 minutes. (can be microwaved for 1-2 minutes)
Serve with salad and aioli.
(Take care, some bones may still be present. Made with shellfish stock)
