Quince & Marmalade Brioche Queen Pudding

The Queen of all puddings. First we've slowly poached the quinces, then we've layered the quinces with our homemade marmalade, brioche and custard. This gets bake until the custard is set and then the pudding is crowned with chewy fluffy meringue, hence its regal name. Serve this pudding with Vanilla Bean Sauce Anglaise and ice cream, because you definitely need both!!
