We have added a new catergory in our menu. Star Dish of the week. We are switching it up abit between the Gourmet Dish (Indulgence) to Start Dish of the week. This is about acknowledging and educating how important some of our ingredients are and how good they are for you. Most of these ingredients we commonly use everyday but we forget how amazing they are for us and some of the ingredients l would love to introduce aren't that common. This week it is GINGER and we got it in 2 of our dishes. X
Roast Pork with our classic roast vegetables and apple sauce. An all time family favourite.

Our original special marinade that was one of our biggest sellers in our cafe and has been requested on our menu. Loaded with amazing flavour, a little spice that we marinate and seare quickly on a pan before we bake the chicken breast fillet served with roast pumpkin and sweet potato and steamed vegetables.
Traditional Indian Curry that is spicy with chunky beef that is slow cooked with traditional Indian spices that has a bold flavours. This curry has a kick & a slight tang, a perfect combination that comes with Basmati rice.

We love GINGER and we love how amazing it is (if you can handle it) for your body. Did you know ginger can reduce intestinal inflammation, create better digestion, improve immunity & brain function, these are some of the benefits of ginger. I grew up eating ginger especailly in the cooler periods of the year. This is a complete meal from our special broth, to the poached chicken loaded in ginger & shallot sauce through to the greens that we get from our local Rusty Markets.
Making our own style of Creamy tomato sauce using organic butter and coconut cream with spinach & mixed herbs, bay leaves & garlic with Roasted Pumpkin.
