Overnight Cuban Lamb Casserole

Typically this dish is made with flank steak, but we prefer lamb shoulder on the bone for its tenderness, and richness - a national dish that braises lamb overnight in cumin, oregano, tomato, olives and black beans - best eaten with steaming hot rice.

Tin crushed tomato, Lamb Shoulder Bone in, Black beans, Water, Tomato paste, Carrot, Pitted Green Olives, Onion, Green capsicum, Red capsicum, Button Mushrooms, White wine, fresh lime, Vinegar - White, Coriander, Dried Oregano, Garlic, Bay leaves

Preparation and storage notes

1.Peel back corner film.
2.Heat on high for 3-4 min or until heated through.
3.Let stand for 1 min.
4.Carefully peel off film completely from tray. Enjoy!
