Ingredients

Potatoes, Molagapodi [Fenugreek seeds, Urid Dal, Chana Dal, Dried red chilli, Asafoetida, Olive oil], Olive oil, Salt, Asofoetida, Cumin seeds, Turmeric

Preparation and storage notes

- Store in refrigerator below 4 degree’s Celsius and consume within 3-4 days.
- Freeze in a freezer safe container and consume within 1 month, defrost before reheating.
- Reheating Instructions: Place in microwave for 3 mins with the lid on, remove from microwave, give it a stir and reheat for another 2 minutes if necessary.
