I saw this being cooked the other day and had to try it. We have halved butternut pumpkin and cut into slivers. In between the slivers we have placed garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper, poppyseed, sesame seeds, cumin before roasting until golden brown. Serve this with any of our meals or with a salad or over a bed of whipped feta and sprinkle with almonds, pumpkin seeds, honey. Incredible!
