Lamb, Rosemary & Red Wine Pie

After the very successful Turkey & Sweet Leek Pie we have gone for another favourite in our household. Lamb, rosemary and red wine. Lamb is slow cooked with a good slug of red wine, herbs and veggies until tender and then placed to bed before being topped with puff pastry. Simply heat and serve with a salad and more red wine!
