Our family recipe. These crispy jumbo risotto balls filled with caramelised prosciutto, baby peas & basil pesto are one of the best thing I've ever eaten & remind me of cooking with my mother in a little country house 20 years ago. Ingredients
Arborio Rice, Peas, Milk, Cows, Full Cream, Basil Pesto, Rice crumbs, Prosciutto, Butter, Garlic, peeled, raw, Cheese, parmesan, Mozzarella Cheese, Stock (Vegan) #Garlic, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost overnight in fridge. Heat for 3-4 mins in microwave
