Cauliflower & Leek Soup (Vegan)
A smooth French style soup of cauliflower & braised leek. This is a family favourite. Finished with extra roasted cauliflower to add some texture. Perfect for when you've been caught in the icy rain and need to warm your bones. Grab some mini garlic baguettes to bring this to the next level. As always ~ Gluten Free
Ingredients
-Cauliflower, raw, Organic Rice Milk, -Leek, raw (large), -Carrot, -Celery, raw, -Onion, Stock "Chicken" - Vegan, -Garlic, Black pepper, -thyme, -Rosemary.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat in microwave for 3 minutes. Stir. Heat for 2 more minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Contents will be hot. Consume within 3 days or Freeze immediately and use within 3 Months.
