A vegan spin on the well known Butter Chicken curry. Chickpeas & vegetables gently braised in sweet spices, cashews, tomato & coconut cream. Great served over steamed rice or with flatbread. As always ~ Gluten Free

Ingredients
Coconut, cream, chickpea, Tinned tomato, -Carrot, -Capsicum, red pepper, raw, -Zucchini, Spices, Ginger, -Coriander, Almonds, -Garlic, -Chilli.
Preparation and storage notes
Place containters in microwave. Heat for 4 minutes. Stir. Heat for 2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Consume within 3 days or freeze immediately.
