Creamy Forest Mushroom Ragu
A favourite for any mushroom lover. This medley of wild mushrooms is caramelised in butter with herbs, brightened with Chardonay & finished with a cream reduction. This could be a pasta bake or great over toast with some baby spinach & a poached egg. *chef's kiss* As always ~ Gluten free

Preparation and storage notes
Place containter in microwave. Heat for 4 minutes. Stir. Heat for 2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
