Half Turkey (Breast & Maryland - approx 2.5kg)
To take the stress out of this year we're roasting the turkey on the bone for you over a bed of garlic, rosemary, & tarragon with a redcurrant glaze. Served with plenty of pan juices for a gravy. Serves 6-8 Ready to eat. Serve warmed or just carve. As always ~ Gluten Free
Ingredients
Turkey, Maple syrup, Redcurrant Jelly (Redcurrants Juice, Sugar, Brown Cane Sugar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Fruit Pectin), Red Wine, -orange, Garlic, peeled, raw, Mustard, Tarragon, Stock "Chicken" - Vegan, Salt, Black pepper, Bay leaf, -Rosemary.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated. Can be carved and eaten. For reheating: cover with foil and place in 150C oven for 35-45 minutes. Consume by Wednesday 27th December.
