Our slow cooked lamb shoulder is cooked for 16 hours with carrots, celery, onion and garlic, passata, red wine, stock and herbs. It is then turned into a penne pasta bake and it is so tasty and delicious and is perfect served with a garden salad.

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove lid and place in a 170 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
