3kg box of Cooked Qld Tiger Prawns (frozen) at $38/kg (Size 10-20) These arrive frozen, so will need defrosting in the fridge or an esky overnight. Pick up 24th December at Birchwood Jindabyne.

The lakes are currently open, though availability may change if closures are enforced by the NSW Food Authority closer to Christmas. Should closures prevent us from obtaining oysters, a full refund will be provided. A jar of our house-made French dressing is available as an add-on. Main Dishes
Serves 8-10 | Twice-cooked mustard crusted Black Angus Beef striploin packaged with separate red wine jus included for serving. Packaged slow-cooked once, ready for you place on a roasting dish in the oven to roast/twice-cook.
Serves approx 8-10 | Slow-cooked 12hr bone-in lamb. A braising liquid for re-heating and Chimichurri sauce for serving are included. Lamb will be pre-cooked, all you need to do is place in a roasting dish with included braising liquid into the oven for reheating, pull apart and serve.
Serves 8-10 | Tea smoked, hemp seed dukkah crusted salmon side served with a side o beetroot Hummus for serving. This dish is designed to be served cold and pulled apart or flaked as serving.
Vegetable Sides
Serves 8-10 as a side | Carrots have marinated in garlic and herbs and pre-cooked, ready for you to place on a baking dish in the oven to reheat and crisp up. Pomegranate and feta included to add when serving. Omit feta to make vegan.
