Sydney Rock Oysters (Shucked/Open)

Fresh, locally-sourced Sydney Rock Oysters (fresh) from the far south coast of NSW, shucked and ready to serve. The lakes are currently open, though availability may change if closures are enforced by the NSW Food Authority closer to Christmas. Should closures prevent us from obtaining oysters, a full refund will be provided. A jar of our house-made French dressing is available as an add-on. Pickup is on December 24th at Birchwood Jindabyne.
